Accommodation: There are 20 luxurious bedrooms, each individually decorated, furnished to create true comfort and some have four-poster beds and fireplaces. The snug-like William Morris bar with its curios and memorabilia is both relaxing and intimate. Bar Food menu is available daily from 12.30 until 7pm
The elegant Robert Paul restaurant places an emphasis on country house hotel cuisine. A La Carte menu is served each evening from 7pm. Sample dishes include Roast Pigeon Breast, Champagne Oysters, Bantry Bay mussels, Fillet of Beef with glazed onions and Madeira Jus; Bread and Butter Pudding. A real effort has been made to source wines from less fashionable producers, though popular classics feature as well.
